Work in Progress
This project will be a hypothetical feature added to Google Maps. The problem to solve is: Google Maps users such as trip planners and errand runners need a way to find the fastest route to visit multiple stops so that they can plan optimum trips that reduce the amount of travel time. The solution is a route optimization feature. When Google Maps users have a list of multiple stops and press a button/use this optimization feature, Google Maps will automatically reorder the stops based on the fastest time to go to all those places. The UX methods will be user research, competitive analysis, synthesis, feature definition, personas, user flows, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and any iterations.
