My current role at JPMorgan Chase is in the Service Product Group, which designs internal servicing applications that call center specialists and branch bankers use. I designed and wrote surveys for Microfeedback modules, helped document and define the patterns library, conducted research by shadowing and speaking with specialists, as well as participated in design reviews and peer critiques of all our applications. Previously, I was also in the Fulfillment & Archive Services group, where I designed and conducted research for eDocs, a product ecosystem that configures, archives, and processes the electronic forms on Chase.com.
