Patterns Library: consistency across Chase’s servicing applications.

Service Product Group Patterns Library

One of my roles at JPMorgan Chase was in the Service Product Group, a team that designs internal servicing applications that call center specialists and branch bankers use. I helped document and define the patterns library, the design system for internal applications. My role included the following:

  • Defined internal Chase “Account Name” tile

  • Defined error state patterns

  • Documentation of error state pattern guidelines

  • Documentation of slide-in patterns

  • Assurance of consistency with JPMorgan’s overall design system

  • Team meetings to determine patterns

  • Helped with defining the process for updating and logging patterns for the team
